The chair was delivered a few days earlier than I expected. It was packed very well when delivered. It only took me up to 30 mins to complete the assembling. The instruction was very easy to follow, and extra screws were provided as part of the kit, which is very nice.

Overall, I'm very happy with it. It's roomy enough for me, but the neck and back support are not ideally positioned, at least for my height.
