I bought a chair similar to this in California and had it for 5 years, I really loved it. This is an excellent replacement so far, it has a better mechanism to recline. So far, I'm very satisfied

Packaging is top notch, and well thought out. I was pleased to learn how easy adjustment levers are to access (rock, tilt, raise-lower, lumbar support).

The chair looks great and is very comfortable. The chair is firm and I have had it for like maybe two weeks with using it as my work chair and gaming chair and I have no complaints for it.
