I like the support of this chair. The seat feels great. The way it reclines is very comfortable. The assembly was pretty straight forward and easy. It took about 20 minutes to put it together.

The fact that Dxracer is still supporting parts for a 5-year-old, out of warranty chair is great! The hydraulic cylinder that I ordered came in within a few days, replacing the old one took me about 30 min with a hammer. Now my chair won't sink down randomly anymore, the leatherette holds up pretty well after 5 years, no cracking to my surpise. Will buy another chair from Dxracer again when it's time!

I researched a lot of chairs and saw many YouTube videos where it's suggested to buy a good office chair but I suggest the opposite. This is a superior chair in my opinion.
