I bought this as a gift for my wife's birthday. She says it is the most comfortable chair to work in that she had ever had. She is able to work a 12-hour day without back or neck pain creeping in to disturb her.

Overall quality is good & it is packed well w/good instructions, arrived via FEDEX quickly. As a 6'3", 260lb, man who spends close to 12 hours at his computer (between work and live streaming) I have to say this is pretty comfortable.

I put this chair together myself without help. Extremely comfortable. it's stable and adjustable.

Two weeks in use now! It's comfortable beyond measure... I've already found the reclining function to be "very good" with an (unintentional) nap while watching a video, my bed wouldn't have been any more comfortable!
