It really is extremely comfortable! When I sat down for the first time, the chair really was an experience, it felt as if my tense back was loosening.

My chair arrived faster than i expected and upon unboxing everything, i immediately knew this was nothing less than premium from the packaging, down to the hardware quality. Now the chair itself is high quality from top to bottom. All the materials used has a premium feel, even the neck pillow. The chair is a bit on the firm side but i'm sure it will break in with time. I’ve had other chairs that were soft out of the box and flat in no time. I was having back pains recently in my old chair and that was the reason for switching to Dxracer.
