I am 5'7 and the head rest is able to be adjusted so that I can lean back and have the support. Recommend this chair for anyone who spends a lot of time in a chair.

I took no more than 15 minutes to put it together. The seat base, in particular, provides exceptional comfort. The chair has been really comfortable to use for the past month. Its adjustable features allow me to find the perfect position for my body,

Packaging is top notch, and well thought out. I was pleased to learn how easy adjustment levers are to access (rock, tilt, raise-lower, lumbar support).
