Everything in the box is well packaged and doesn't fell like a cheaper knockoff brand at all. his chair has helped my back tremendously. All individual parts, screws, wheels, etc. are included in the scope of delivery, which means there is no need to buy additional tools for assembly.

The chair has the best quality of anything I've bought. It's a sturdy seat with a good feel. Even bad posture receives better support than my old one.
