Best office chair I have ever had. It has more adjustments and is great for my posture. I have found other people in my office sitting in it when I walk into my office since it arrived and I assembled it.

Packaging is top notch, and well thought out. I was pleased to learn how easy adjustment levers are to access (rock, tilt, raise-lower, lumbar support).

Clear instructions. The manual included a QR code that, when scanned, took me to a video of the chair's assembly process. From all that work (it isn’t a lot of work to assemble the chair, but just keep going with the story here) of assembling the chair. This chair can provide more comfort. Love it.
