Going from a kitchen chair to this is a no brainer and would recommend people switch if they haven't already. It was easy to set up and I enjoy all of the adjustable features.Great product!

In terms of stitching and cutting, the quality is second to none; it looks great! I also really like the neck and back cushions; they're supportive. I love these armrests and how they work. Not only are they of superior quality, but they are also quite solid. When you tilt the backrest to the rear, it locks into place securely and provides sturdy support!

Easy to roll while sitting in it. Very easy to get out of this chair. I wish it came in other colors. Most important, it is QUIET!
