Upon boxing. The arm fabric had pulled apart. I email the company and a few days later they sent a replacement part. Very happy. Good product and customer service

This chair is perfect for gaming, in my opinion. I really like this chair. It has a cozy and gentle feel. Especially when enjoying video games or watching movies, you have the option to activate the rocking mode.
