I haven't had any back spasms and no real back pain. I like the lumbar pillow as well it helps me maintain my posture, but without it the chair is just as comfortable.

It was also very easy to assemble and it included a nice Allen wrench with a t-handle to make assembly easier. I'm really happy with this new chair and I'm looking forward to using it for years to come!

In terms of stitching and cutting, the quality is second to none; it looks great! I also really like the neck and back cushions; they're supportive. I love these armrests and how they work. Not only are they of superior quality, but they are also quite solid. When you tilt the backrest to the rear, it locks into place securely and provides sturdy support!
