I have an older model (~8 years) and one of the wheelbase arms broke off. DXRacer was responsive to my email question and told me which base would work with my model. It was very easy to assemble and took me 20 minutes. You can do it on your own, but it's quicker and easier with two people (the backrest weighs quite a bit and the other individual parts aren't exactly light either).

Nothing is broken, everything still works. The chair is comfortable and looks cool. My back is not complaining at all. I think that's enough to recommend the chair.
