Pros: The quality meets the expectations for a brand like this (and the price). The lumbar support is noticeable even in its lowest position, which helps improve posture. Things to consider: There aren't many downsides, unless you're very picky. The armrests feel slightly loose, though this is understandable given their range of motion. If you're not very heavy, the cushioning might feel a bit firm. Personal experience: I bought the XL version and initially doubted if it would be too big. However, it would have been a mistake to get the regular size, especially since I'm tall, have long legs, and am on the heavier side. So, it's really important to consider who will be using the chair before making a decision.
