The chair was very easy so assemble, and none of he parts were missing or damaged. It's so comfortable my cat sleeps on it all day long.

Chair feels very sturdy and is very helpful for my posture. Construction was straightforward and the instructions were easy to follow. Glad I have a Secret Lab quality chair without paying Secret Lab prices.
