I find it has the right amount of firmness and support for my weight and height. I also really like the amount of features the arm rests has. It can go up, down, forward, back, out, in and twists inwards and outwards.

It was also very easy to assemble and it included a nice Allen wrench with a t-handle to make assembly easier. I'm really happy with this new chair and I'm looking forward to using it for years to come!

The workmanship is good. The leather feels good and of high quality and the plastic coverings in some places don't look cheap either. I couldn't find any scratches or other damage. Overall, everything makes a stable and high-quality impression.
