Almost everything is adjustable (height, armrests, recline). I use it myself for work and my husband who is 5'9 is able to use it for gaming as well.

Purchased for my son, a big gamer. Delivery was fast and the box was in excellent condition. Nice chair. He sits in it for about 8-9 hours a day and it’s super comfortable and doesn’t hurt.
