Chair is great for gaming and computer desk work. Curbside pick up due to pandemic was well organized and easy. Staff was polite and helpful.

I like this chair. When compared to other, cheaper chairs, this one feels much more sturdy, and even leaning backward doesn't make it uncomfortable. Also, putting everything together took me no more than half an hour at most.

Packaging is top notch, and well thought out. I was pleased to learn how easy adjustment levers are to access (rock, tilt, raise-lower, lumbar support).
