Clear instructions. The manual included a QR code that, when scanned, took me to a video of the chair's assembly process. From all that work (it isn’t a lot of work to assemble the chair, but just keep going with the story here) of assembling the chair. This chair can provide more comfort. Love it.

The black model complements my decor. The chair is sturdy and worthy of consideration.
