It seems everything is customizable, from chair height & back position to arm rest height & position. It also feels strong & sturdy, something that previous chairs I've purchased lacked.

After 15 minutes of assembly. Comfortable, adjustable not only in height but also tiltable and as the best gimmick... the backrest, like in a car, can be completely adjusted backwards...
