This is the most comfortable chair I've owned, and I've owned many kinds of office/gaming chairs. The neck & lumbar pillows are completely adjustable, allowing for hours of gaming bliss.

Nothing is broken, everything still works. The chair is comfortable and looks cool. My back is not complaining at all. I think that's enough to recommend the chair.
