Pros would be the castors, general cushioning, and aesthetic. Cons would be the flimsy nature of the arms (tightened as far as they'll go) and the seat traps quite a lot of heat.

Because the armrests are pre-assembled and because most of the screws are already in the right place, assembly was a breeze. What this implies is that you may quickly position the part to be attached, loosen the screws, and then screw it back on. The assembly is, overall, quite easy.

I really like that the armrests can be adjusted in angle. Even though I've only had the chair for two weeks, it looks strong and well put together.
