One of my arm rests came with an obvious gouge in the leather near the very front where you can see it. I’m concerned this is going to turn into a bigger issue, ie. a tear that never stops. T

I think the price is very reasonable. I've seen chairs that cost twice or three times more than this and can't compete with this one. Clear buying advice.

I love the chair. Very comfortable and the lumbar area is well-supported. Well made and assembled pretty easily. Definitely would recommend this chair.

It was very easy to assemble and took me 20 minutes. You can do it on your own, but it's quicker and easier with two people (the backrest weighs quite a bit and the other individual parts aren't exactly light either).
