Had this chair already for 3 days and I can only say great things about it. To begin shipping was fairly average, didn't have to wait too long. The chair itself is very comfortable, both pillows really add to the comfortness of the chair. I was skeptical of the reclining, but surprisingly, it held up. I'm 250lb - 6,2" so I'm a huge person and it held up.
