The chair looks great and is very comfortable. It helps with back support and is the right height for me. I stand 6'2 and fit in the chair nicely. The product was described well and looks like in the picture.

This is a very comfortable and supportive chair. At 5'9", 230 lbs I'm not so easy on a chair but this one fits wonderfully and supports my lower back superbly. I'm in it 8+ hours a day and have not the least bit of a backache. This seat on the other hand is not as overall soft but is so much more supportive and firm where it needs to be and my back loves it. The neck pillow is adjustable and fits perfectly under my neck for my height although it can be adjusted higher for taller folks. I also have broad shoulders and that area fits perfectly. I am well pleased with this chair and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.
