This chair is awesome! It is not hard to assemble at all, and the manual is clear to read and follow! The build quality of the gaming chair is excellent. No regret purchasing this chair for my gaming setup!

The fact that Dxracer is still supporting parts for a 5-year-old, out of warranty chair is great! The hydraulic cylinder that I ordered came in within a few days, replacing the old one took me about 30 min with a hammer. Now my chair won't sink down randomly anymore, the leatherette holds up pretty well after 5 years, no cracking to my surpise. Will buy another chair from Dxracer again when it's time!
