Good comfortable, beautiful office chair! Love the back support built inside which I did not know was included (located at the lower lumbar area).Highly recommend!

But now I'm realizing it: This chair wants to make me healthy! Lumbar cushions, neck cushions... Things you don't find on a normal office chair! Comfortable, supportive... unusual! My body has always been more "hunchback at the top, hollow back at the bottom"! Now the chair is trying to correct both!

Replaced the pivot mechanism again, due to extreme use. Fit like a glove, and fits on older chair models too!
