I find it to be firmer where I was hoping for a cushion. I don't like the headrest because it pushes my head awkwardly and when I try to move it, it just slides back.

What a chair! Very nicely labeled parts, directions and above all the quality of the materials and the entire chair. This should be one of the top selling chairs anywhere it is sold. All the features that I needed are in it, and I can sit comfortably and work or game in it for hours, without a doubt.

Nothing is broken, everything still works. The chair is comfortable and looks cool. My back is not complaining at all. I think that's enough to recommend the chair.
