It is so cute and comfortable. It can adjust to multiple heights, can lean back, or simply lock in place in the up-right position. It's GORGEOUS!!!

I upgraded my chair because I was experiencing back pain from a previous chair. Everything in the box is well packaged and doesn't fell like a cheaper knockoff brand at all. his chair has helped my back tremendously. Everything else is top notch and I highly recommend if you are sitting for long periods.

Some people may think the armrests are too short, but for me, the highest height is more than enough for me to play games. The lumbar cushion strikes a balance between softness and firmness, and it remains fixed in position even when you change your posture.
