The most comfortable part is the head pillow. The size is big enough for my waist. The memory foam makes a lot different.

I spend 12–18 hours a day seated since I am on a computer for business and because I enjoy gaming in the evenings. I was pleasantly surprised by how good this chair was. All day long, you won't get tired of it because it's the perfect combination of firm and soft.
