I really wanted to love this chair. The lumbar support is supper, however the seat made my butt hurt after a short period of time.

Clear instructions. The manual included a QR code that, when scanned, took me to a video of the chair's assembly process. From all that work (it isn’t a lot of work to assemble the chair, but just keep going with the story here) of assembling the chair. This chair can provide more comfort. Love it.
