I went with DXRacer chairs because of their reputation for great customer support and the comfort of the chair. When an issue came up that wasn’t covered by the warranty, they quickly responded and helped me out, which just reinforced why I chose them in the first place.

This chair is absolutely comfortable to sit on. It's soft, the armrests are height adjustable which I can't confirm myself as I haven't tried it, but I'd like to point it out anyway) and the material always goes back to its original position. The cushion provides very good support when sitting and helps you sit up straight, which is comfortable for your back. The neck pillow is also very comfortable. The seat cushion itself is made of leather and looks very elegant.

The packaging is intact. It took 25 minutes to assemble. Very comfy.
