Super sturdy! Lumbar support is a nice way to relax your back. You can turn the knob to adjust it easily. Really comfortable.

It was also very easy to assemble and it included a nice Allen wrench with a t-handle to make assembly easier. I'm really happy with this new chair and I'm looking forward to using it for years to come!
