In general, I really like this chair. The lumbar and neck pillows are fantastic, and the recline function is great. I would like the seat to get softer and more comfy over time.

Dxracer's has the best chair I have bought. It's worth the money, it's comfy and you sit for hours without any discomfort. Plus, It comes with a 3-year warranty, which you can extend for another 2 years, giving you a full 5 years of coverage! Customer service is responsive and genuinely helpful. Don't look further get yourself a dxracer.

I researched a lot of chairs and saw many YouTube videos where it's suggested to buy a good office chair but I suggest the opposite. This is a superior chair in my opinion.
