Cooling gel foam pillows and armrests with multiple functions are two of my favorite features in the chair. Everything was in perfect working order when it arrived.

Very easy to assemble, sturdy and comfortable. I had a DXracer chair before (forgot the model) and they do last pretty long. But the price is a little steep on this model and I am not sure if I would recommend this one

Two months ago I finally bought this chair and have to say: "I'm impressed." It's the BEST chair I've ever sat on. Even my back pain has improved or (almost) disappeared.
