I had no difficulty putting it together. I couldn't have been more delighted with the back support. Two years have passed since my old chair finally broke. This chair provides excellent support and is quite comfortable to sit on.

I had a smooth experience ordering my new chair from Dxracer. I chose the Guild Wars 2 edition, and it arrived in 4-5 days, with FedEx providing updates the entire time. The chair is really comfortable, and the XL size worked well for me. My roommate also tried it out and plans to order one for himself.
