I upgraded my chair because I was experiencing back pain from a previous chair. Everything in the box is well packaged and doesn't fell like a cheaper knockoff brand at all. his chair has helped my back tremendously. Everything else is top notch and I highly recommend if you are sitting for long periods.

The Master chair has been incredible so far! The back support is amazing, and I love how easy it is to adjust the settings to change my posture throughout the day.
