This chair has better support compared to my previous chair. It is well worth the money. That it has a high back and is soft and built-in lumbar support is a huge plus for me. It was well worth the cost.

It really is extremely comfortable! When I sat down for the first time, the chair really was an experience, it felt as if my tense back was loosening.

This chair is absolutely comfortable to sit on. It's soft, the armrests are height adjustable which I can't confirm myself as I haven't tried it, but I'd like to point it out anyway) and the material always goes back to its original position. The cushion provides very good support when sitting and helps you sit up straight, which is comfortable for your back. The neck pillow is also very comfortable. The seat cushion itself is made of leather and looks very elegant.
