The level of comfort in this chair is superb. Everyone in my office covets it and will likely all buy one for themselves shortly. I was able to work today without any shoulder discomfort.

Some people may think the armrests are too short, but for me, the highest height is more than enough for me to play games. The lumbar cushion strikes a balance between softness and firmness, and it remains fixed in position even when you change your posture.
