I have an older model (~8 years) and one of the wheelbase arms broke off. DXRacer was responsive to my email question and told me which base would work with my model. Item ordered and received well packaged. Assembly is easy and relatively quick, even for non-professionals. The material looks high quality and the workmanship looks and feels more precise.

For me, this chair is perfect. I've never felt so comfortable sitting in front of a computer before. All I can say is that this chair is a really good value for money, so I can definitely recommend it. top!
