Solid chair: heavy metal base, stiff padding, full back and nice pillows. Not a squishy lounge chair, this guy is for serious work. Very nice for people who like a more upright seating position.

TL;DR:Amazing chair, the lumbar support has basically fixed my back issues. I would sit for 6-8 hours a day sometime on this chair and wouldn't feel the pain I use to get in my tailbone. Highly recommended for people who sit at their desks for extended periods of time.Pros:-Beautiful design-Lumbar / Head cushion are adjustable, making it easy to modify it to your personal needs.-You can almost tilt the chair back 180 degrees, basically almost flat. Very comfortableCons:-The arm rests are limited to how high / low they can go, and cannot be tilted sideways; This is mainly a problem for me given that my keyboard and mouse are elevated quite high and it sometime forces me to raise the chair higher to compensate for thisOverall:The chair is amazing, I can definitely vouch for the back support and neck support that this offers. The material feels like it breathes and therefore you will not sweat while sitting on the chair.-Simon

I went from a brown thing ... to a DXRACER and it is just amazing, glad that I called there customer service seeing as I had no idea each chair was designed for certain heights and weights for certain sized people.
