My daughter is using this as her desk chair which is great because she is in school online for many hours a day plus homework. She loves it! She has had it for about 2 months now and she still loves it!

I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend who was in desperate need of a new chair. He loves the quality and durability. We have five cats, but they don't hurt it, even when their claws scrape against the mesh. We are both very happy with it. I'm going to buy myself one asap!

What's great is that the directions are clear and the components are neatly labeled, making assembly a breeze. This chair's instructions are clear enough that a child could assemble it from the box.

Bought a Tank XL Chair, Justin of Customer service emulates ignorance when not responding to customers. Apparently, Corporate puts this ignorance in charge in Hindering purchases for replacement parts to 7 year old chairs. THIS PILLOW WAS RETURNED WITH PENALTY COST. The has been NO attempt in satisfying the poor information on website, and the emulated ignorance by Jason of customer service dated May-Jun 2021
