As soon as I sat in it, I immediately felt the difference. Working from home, I need support for my lower back since I'm sitting all the time. So far, it's doing what it's supposed to for support.

The thing I love most about this chair is that several times a day I can sit back and stretch my shoulders back. While it takes some getting used to, my posture is so much better in this chair than any other chair I've used.
