It's been around a month since I've purchased this chair, and it's both extremely comfortable as well as ergonomic. My back used to have a lot of pain from sitting and playing a lot of games, my old chair had no support for my neck or my lower back. If you find yourself sitting for more than 2 hours at a time to play games I would recommend DX racer chairs in a heartbeat.

Chair was easy to assemble, delivery was quick, total of 3 days. Now, I had a severe back injury a couple of years ago, crushed vertebra, severe nerve damage etc. pretty much leaving me a painful mess. For the first time in those years I have been able to sit pain free. The quality and comfort of this chair rivals my $800 dollar Lay-z-boy. Now, after putting the chair together I realized it had a slight flaw on the backrest, a small piece of material was cut just a hair short and did not reach where it needed to be to be stitched leaving a 1/2" long by 1/4" opening. I sent an e-mail to DXRACER, within moments they replied, I sent a photo of flaw, next e-mail had a copy of the order info for a replacement back rest, a few hours later I received the tracking number. Other sellers should take note, this was customer service at its finest, it was professional, friendly and 100% pain free. I plan on most likely buying the matching footrest for the chair and I know without doubt I will be purchasing from Newedge again. Just on a side note, if you plan on buying a DX RACER chair, you will not be disappointed but keep in mind to check the info on the chair you want to buy, they have max height and weight for each series they make meaning if you are like me 6'2" and 230 pounds, you are not going to fit to well in the regular dxracer chair, so check the restrictions info on the chair that best suits you and pick the one that matches your build and you will be 100% satisfied. Some may think the price is a bit to high, but if you have back problems and such as I do, well then it is well worth the price! I would give 10 stars across the board for the chair, the company and the outstanding customer service - Thanks for the help Suzie

Excellent chair.Just keeps getting more comfortable as I sit in it.Perfect for my back and my height.I'm just over 6'1" and this chair fits.Easy to assemble and I'm legally blind but I had no difficulty putting it together.I don't need the lumbar support at this time but it's nice to have it just in case.I'm a very happy camper.Great chair,glad I bought it.I don't love inanimate objects so I can't give it 5 stars which says "I love it".

Was looking at Steelcase and herman miller luxury chairs but couldn't get myself to fork over $1k on a chair. This chair is worth every penny. Pillows were silly to me but they do their job well. Chair has the best quality of anything I've bought. It's a sturdy seat with a good feel. Even bad posture receives better support than my old turd from Staples.

Good looking. Feel comfortable even seating for a long day. It's my third DXRacer chair and the quality is good as usual. The integrated lumbar cushion adds support and comfort along with the adjustable headrest. The armrests can be adjusted in 4 dimensions. The most amazing are the module parts which make my chair mu-ltifunctional. I like the chair a lot and will definitely recommend it if you looking for a new chair.

I've had this chair for a bit over 3 months now. If I rated it earlier I might have given it 4 stars but I decided to take time to get used to it first and realized it deserves 5 stars. This chair is very sturdy. Even after 3 months I don't feel like the chair has worn down or broken in at all. It's very firm which helps me with my back. It's worth noting I only weigh about 190 Lbs and am 68 inches tall. The DX Racing series probably would have worked for me as well. I chose the king series because the seat is 4 inches longer which makes it easier for me to sit crisscross style. Pros: -Firm -Doesn't wear out fast. I feel like this chair will last my for many years without it becoming uncomfortable -Very sturdy and made with a real metal frame -Comfortable for long term use every day -Most adjustable chair I've ever owned. -I had a small shipping issue. Cons: -Bit of a pain to put the back part of the chair on -Takes a while to get used to since it doesn't break in like most chairs with soft foam (Why I almost gave it 4 starts but instead decided to wait a few months before giving a proper review) - I had to take out over half of the cotton from the head pillow to make it comfortable/usable. I highly recommend others do the same as the chair isn't comfortable without the head pillow in my opinion. It has a zipper so its easy to do. -The back pillow. I don't think anyone actually uses it. I sure don't. If you want to use it you might need to take cotton out like for the head pillow. Overall I love this chair despite the heavy price tag. This chair is like a good pair of shoes. I'm more than happy to spend a bit more on a chair that will last a long time and stay comfortable. Much better than using a cheap $100-$200 chair that needs replaced after a year because it feels like I'm sitting on plywood. My only suggestion for DXRacer is to add an accessory that can be purchased as a slip-on cover for the armrests. I'd like something I could slide on to them made out of the same thick foam as the chair and could be replaced if needed after a year or two. The hard armrests are fine but I still would prefer some foam ones.
