Overall, this is a nice looking chair, sturdy, wheels roll very easy, comfy arm rest, and soft lumbar and head pillow.

I just finished putting it together; it probably took me half an hour or so. I like the firmness and support of the chair itself (which I'm sitting in as I type this), a significant improvement over my old office chair.
