My husband just received today for his 40th birthday. He works from home...8-10 hours a day on computer. He is very happy with the quality. Very comfortable! Thank you!!

Assembly is simple and easy to follow thanks to the included instructions. Just follow the step-by-step instructions and you won't have any further problems. You may need a second person to put it on what I call the height adjuster.
