The fact that Dxracer is still supporting parts for a 5-year-old, out of warranty chair is great! The hydraulic cylinder that I ordered came in within a few days, replacing the old one took me about 30 min with a hammer. Now my chair won't sink down randomly anymore, the leatherette holds up pretty well after 5 years, no cracking to my surpise. Will buy another chair from Dxracer again when it's time!

This chair is an ideal choice for gamers and individuals who work from home.  The chair's superior quality is beyond my expectations, particularly due to its robust foundation, which imparts a genuine sense of durability and excellence.

It was fairly easy to put together and fits perfectly with his gaming desk, it also looks awesome in his room. Super comfy and soft.
