I'm pretty satisfied with this chair. It's ergonomic with lumbar support, which is a plus. The upper back of the chair curves out, providing comfort and support to a person's entire back. The arms are comfortable and are set perfectly for my size (5' 8"). Great for gaming.

What a chair! Very nicely labeled parts, directions and above all the quality of the materials and the entire chair. This should be one of the top selling chairs anywhere it is sold. All the features that I needed are in it, and I can sit comfortably and work or game in it for hours, without a doubt.
