Well made chair, very comfy after you get used to it. I would recommend having an extra set of hands when installing but I did it by myself. Not too difficult. Its also well priced for the quality. Highly recommended.

Packaging is top notch, and well thought out. I was pleased to learn how easy adjustment levers are to access (rock, tilt, raise-lower, lumbar support).
