I absolutely love this chair!!! The actual chair itself is comfortable and provides decent support, via the attachable pillows. The chair raises and lowers with ease, and leans back easily. Overall though, it's a wonderful chair!

Because the armrests are pre-assembled and because most of the screws are already in the right place, assembly was a breeze. What this implies is that you may quickly position the part to be attached, loosen the screws, and then screw it back on. The assembly is, overall, quite easy.
