The wheels don't make any noise and so far don't scratch the floor. The headrest and backrest can be adjusted to the height you want, which is very useful if you spend a lot of time sitting in the chair.

This chair's built-in lumbar support, which can be adjusted to the ideal level of support with the flip of a knob, is my favorite feature. It's fantastic.
